Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour into the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
