Description

Simple lava cakes with Nutella.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour two ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Nutella, flour, and salt until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter between the prepared ramekins.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still soft.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before inverting onto plates. Serve immediately.
