Description

A refreshing coleslaw with apples and cranberries.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, apple, and cranberries to the bowl.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables, such as celery or red onion.
  • For a sweeter coleslaw, add more sugar.
