Description

A quick and flavorful stir-fry noodle dish with Asian-inspired ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 200g rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 100g snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles. Mix well.
  7. Sprinkle chili flakes if desired.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
