Baked Apple Cinnamon Oat Chips

Description

Crispy and healthy baked apple chips with cinnamon and oats.


Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Slice the apples thinly.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats and cinnamon. Add maple syrup if using.
  4. Dip apple slices in the oat mixture.
  5. Place slices on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 2-3 hours, or until crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
