Ingredients

- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Slice the apples thinly.
- In a bowl, mix oats and cinnamon. Add maple syrup if using.
- Dip apple slices in the oat mixture.
- Place slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 2-3 hours, or until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Store in an airtight container.
