Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust, bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
- Let cheesecake cool, then chill for 4 hours.
- Top with mixed berries and glaze with berry jam before serving.
