Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- ¾ cup blue raspberry syrup or 1 packet of blue raspberry Kool-Aid + sugar to taste
- ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 5 cups cold water
- Ice, for serving
- Fresh lemon slices and mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Roll and juice lemons until you get 1 cup of lemon juice. Strain to remove seeds.
- In a large pitcher, mix blue raspberry syrup (or Kool-Aid + sugar) with lemon juice.
- Add cold water and stir thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chilled. Serve over ice with lemon slices and mint if desired.
Notes
Customize the flavor by adjusting lemon juice or syrup. Make it sparkling by swapping 2 cups of water with sparkling water, or blend with ice for a slushie!
