A simple casserole with broccoli and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 head broccoli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook broccoli until tender.
- Melt butter in a pan. Whisk in flour.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
- Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted.
- Mix broccoli with cheese sauce.
- Pour into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
