Description
A simple recipe for Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving bacon fat in the skillet.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked bacon.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar.
