Description

Easy-to-make chocolate wraps with a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk milk and egg.
  3. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Stir in melted butter.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each wrap.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter.
  9. In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and crispy rice cereal.
  10. Spoon the chocolate chip mixture onto one half of each wrap and fold the other half over.

Notes

  • Serve immediately for best crunch.
  • You can add a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
