Easy-to-make chocolate wraps with a satisfying crunch.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk and egg.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each wrap.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and crispy rice cereal.
- Spoon the chocolate chip mixture onto one half of each wrap and fold the other half over.
Notes
- Serve immediately for best crunch.
- You can add a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
