Description

Crispy cookies with toffee and almonds, dipped in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Stir in almonds and toffee.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate chips.
  8. Dip cookies in chocolate.
  9. Let cool.
