Description
Crispy cookies with toffee and almonds, dipped in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in almonds and toffee.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips.
- Dip cookies in chocolate.
- Let cool.
