Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a bowl over simmering water.
- Stir in sugar, then eggs and yolks one at a time.
- Add vanilla, flour, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 12 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve.
