Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic, roast 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Trim stems and remove loose leaves before roasting.
- Add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Use fresh garlic for best taste.
