Description
Make festive meringue pops shaped like Christmas trees.
Ingredients

- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Green food coloring
- Sprinkles
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Divide the meringue into two bowls. Color one bowl with green food coloring. Leave the other white.
- Spoon the green meringue into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe Christmas tree shapes onto the parchment paper. Insert a lollipop stick into the base of each tree.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles.
- Bake for 60-90 minutes, or until the meringues are dry and firm.
- Let cool completely before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Add different sprinkles for variety.
