Description

These sugar cookie cups are filled with cinnamon roll flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 box sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, egg, and milk.
  3. Press the dough into a muffin tin.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cookie dough.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let cool.
  8. Make the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  9. Drizzle frosting over the cookie cups.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of salt to the cookie dough for extra flavor.
  • For a richer flavor, use brown butter.
