These sugar cookie cups are filled with cinnamon roll flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 box sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, egg, and milk.
- Press the dough into a muffin tin.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cookie dough.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Make the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle frosting over the cookie cups.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of salt to the cookie dough for extra flavor.
- For a richer flavor, use brown butter.
