A refreshing and easy-to-make cucumber salad with a creamy ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and chopped dill.
- Pour the ranch dressing mixture over the cucumber mixture.
- Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, you can add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the dressing.
- If you don’t have fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of dried dill can be substituted.
- This salad is best served cold.
