Cloud Bread Cinnamon Rolls

Description

These cinnamon rolls are made with cloud bread, offering a light and airy texture.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two clean bowls.
  3. In the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  4. In the bowl with egg yolks, add vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
  5. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Spoon the cloud bread mixture onto the parchment paper in a rectangular shape.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
  9. While the cloud bread is baking, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until smooth.
  10. Once the cloud bread is baked, let it cool slightly.
  11. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the cloud bread.
  12. Carefully roll up the cloud bread.
  13. Slice the roll into individual cinnamon rolls.
  14. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar in the filling.
  • You can add chopped nuts to the filling for extra texture.
