Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.
  5. Fold in the chopped cranberries.
  6. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll them in the remaining powdered sugar.
  9. Cool completely before serving.
