- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll them in the remaining powdered sugar.
- Cool completely before serving.

- Use room-temperature butter for easier mixing.
- Chop cranberries finely so they distribute evenly.
