- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
- Toss zucchini slices in olive oil, then coat them in the parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.

- Use fresh zucchini for best results.
- Swap breadcrumbs for panko for extra crunch.
