- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place sliced kielbasa in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add trimmed green beans and sliced onion over the kielbasa.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, and dried thyme.
- Pour the broth mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until green beans are tender.
- Stir before serving.
