Description

A simple soup to help your body detox.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 8 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot.
  2. Add onion and carrots; cook until softened.
  3. Add cabbage, broth, and thyme.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer until cabbage is tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
