Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cups chopped green vegetables (e.g., spinach, kale, zucchini)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Sauté onion and garlic.
- Add vegetable broth, celery, and carrots. Simmer.
- Add green vegetables. Cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
