A simple recipe for classic deviled eggs, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain hot water and immediately fill the pan with ice water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar to the mashed yolks. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier filling, add an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley for extra color.
