A simple and delicious crustless quiche packed with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a rich egg custard—perfect for a low-carb breakfast, brunch, or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional add-ins: Green onions, spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a pie dish or baking pan.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain excess fat and crumble the bacon.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Pour mixture into the greased dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
