Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and mix well.
- Combine flour, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
- Fold in crushed peppermint candy.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
