Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add onion and carrots, cook until soft.
  4. Stir in peas, tomato paste, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes over the filling.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
