Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet.
- Add onion and carrots, cook until soft.
- Stir in peas, tomato paste, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the filling.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.

- Use leftover mashed potatoes.
- Swap beef for ground turkey.
