A simple and quick recipe for veggie fried rice with egg.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or wok.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- Push vegetables to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables you like.
