Description

A simple and quick recipe for veggie fried rice with egg.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  2. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  3. Push vegetables to one side, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble.
  4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well.
  5. Add sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix.
  6. Serve hot.
