A delicious and festive bread combining the tartness of cranberries with the bright citrus flavor of orange.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in cranberries.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, orange juice, oil, and orange zest.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor.
- If using frozen cranberries, do not thaw them before adding.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
