Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Toss cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
