Description

Simple recipe for delicious garlic butter mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
