Ingredients

- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Optional toppings: cooked noodles, sliced green onions, soft-boiled egg, nori sheets
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine vegetable broth, miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until miso paste dissolves.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite ramen toppings.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of miso paste to your taste.
- For a spicier broth, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
