Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken breast for thighs, but adjust cooking time to prevent drying out.
- Serve with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.
