Description

Easy and flavorful chicken skewers perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken breast for thighs, but adjust cooking time to prevent drying out.
