- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
- Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Rub the ranch mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of paprika.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a salad.
