Ingredients

- 4 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and chop tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion.
- Peel and mince garlic.
- Combine all chopped vegetables in a blender.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add water to adjust consistency if needed.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold with ice cubes if desired.

- Use ripe tomatoes for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For smoother texture, strain before serving.
