Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and olives in a large bowl.
  3. Add feta cheese cubes.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
