Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub with minced garlic.
- Sprinkle oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper evenly over the fish.
- Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
