Green Smoothie Oatmeal Pancakes

Description

Make delicious and healthy pancakes with a green smoothie twist.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
