Description

A simple recipe for grilled corn on the cob coated in a flavorful garlic herb butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the garlic herb butter over each ear of corn.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
  5. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender and lightly charred.
  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add other herbs like dill or basil to the butter mixture.
  • If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs, but use about half the amount.
