A simple recipe for grilled corn on the cob coated in a flavorful garlic herb butter.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Spread a generous amount of the garlic herb butter over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates.
- Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender and lightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other herbs like dill or basil to the butter mixture.
- If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs, but use about half the amount.
