Description
A simple side dish with fresh herbs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, mint, dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
- Add couscous and toast for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork.
- Stir in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.

- Use any herbs you like.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
