Ingredients
- Spiced Hot Chocolate Ice Cream: 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup, cinnamon, cayenne, vanilla
- Eggnog Ice Cream: 1/2 cup eggnog, 1/4 cup cream, nutmeg, optional: bourbon
- Strawberry Basil No-Churn: 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup whipped cream, 1 tbsp condensed milk, fresh basil
- Lemon Ricotta Ice Cream: 1/4 cup ricotta, 1/4 cup milk, lemon zest, 1 tbsp honey
- Classic Vanilla Bean: 1/2 cup cream, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar, vanilla bean or extract
- Peach Cobbler Ice Cream: 1/2 cup peaches, 1 tbsp brown sugar, cinnamon, 1/4 cup cream, 1/4 cup milk
- Mango Coconut Sorbet: 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp agave, pinch of salt
- Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream: 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup cream, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, pumpkin spice
- Caramel Apple Ice Cream: 1/2 apple (sautéed), 1 tbsp caramel sauce, 1/2 cup cream, 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Winter: Mix or blend all ingredients for Hot Chocolate or Eggnog base. Freeze in ramekin or churn. Stir every 30–45 mins if no machine.
- Spring: For Strawberry Basil, fold mashed berries and basil into whipped cream with condensed milk. Freeze 3–4 hours. For Lemon Ricotta, blend and freeze.
- Summer: Whisk vanilla base, chill, churn or freeze. For Peach, cook fruit, cool, mix with dairy, then freeze. Blend mango sorbet ingredients and freeze or enjoy soft-serve style.
- Fall: Blend pumpkin pie mix, freeze 2–3 hours. For Caramel Apple, layer sautéed apples with caramel-infused base and freeze.
Notes
Use small containers for faster freezing. Add mix-ins once partially frozen. These recipes are great for customizing with dairy-free options, spices, or sweeteners of your choice.
