- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Arrange wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss the baked wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste for desired sweetness or saltiness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
