Description

Hot chocolate bombs are fun, easy-to-make treats that melt in hot milk to create a delicious drink. Perfect for cozy nights or as gifts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of a silicone mold with the melted chocolate, then chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the mold, fill one half with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, marshmallows, and vanilla.
  4. Seal the other half on top with more melted chocolate.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  6. Drop a bomb into a mug of hot milk and stir to enjoy.
