A simple and refreshing pasta salad perfect for picnics and potlucks.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add a little more mayonnaise.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or shredded carrots.
- Add cooked chicken or ham for a heartier salad.
