Instructions
- Pat the steak dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add garlic, butter, and herbs to the skillet during the last minute of cooking.
