Description

The Lemon Bliss Tart is a refreshing citrus dessert with a creamy lemon filling and a buttery crust. Perfect for summer gatherings, brunches, or a delightful sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups crushed biscuits (digestive, graham crackers, or shortbread)
  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 3 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press into a tart pan evenly.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks until smooth.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  6. Slowly pour in lemon juice while stirring.
  7. Fold in lemon zest for extra flavor.
  8. Pour filling into cooled crust.
  9. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 15–18 minutes until the center is set.
  10. Let the tart cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a no-bake version, use a pre-made graham cracker crust and refrigerate instead of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
