  • Author: iyma hernandes
  • Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 pieces 1x

Description

A refreshing, colorful, and wholesome no-bake treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, naturally sweet berries, and a touch of honey or maple syrup — perfect for snacks, breakfast, or light desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or preferred type)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries, blackberries)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds, or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment-lined tray into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Scatter mixed berries over the yogurt base. Sprinkle optional toppings if desired.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Lift bark out using parchment paper and break into pieces before serving.

Notes

Pat berries dry before adding to prevent icy spots. Store bark in the freezer until ready to serve for best texture.
