Description

A simple no-bake pie inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Optional: Whipped cream and green sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Beat until well combined.
  3. Stir in the green food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and green sprinkles if desired.
