Nutella-Stuffed Pancake Cereal Bowl

Description

Mini pancakes filled with Nutella, served like cereal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Nutella
  • Fresh berries, for topping (optional)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and oil.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour small circles of batter onto the hot surface.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. While pancakes are cooking, place a small dollop of Nutella on half of each pancake.
  6. Fold the pancakes in half to enclose the Nutella.
  7. Serve the Nutella-stuffed pancake cereal in a bowl.
  8. Top with berries and/or powdered sugar, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use any pancake mix you like.
  • Adjust the amount of Nutella to your preference.
  • Other toppings like whipped cream or chocolate chips work well.
