Description

A creamy and delicious one-pot chicken Alfredo pasta dish that’s quick to make and easy to clean up.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add pasta, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting.
