Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add butter to the pot, followed by the diced onion. Cook for 2 minutes until softened.

- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well.

- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add an additional 1/4 cup of heavy cream or a tablespoon of cream cheese.
